News 21st March 2010 We are devastated to have lost our Beloved Lexi as the result of a tragic accident. As Jim was setting up a Viszla test she went on point and as she flushed the bird a car came up a road where there is usually no traffic. She stood no chance at all. She was such a wonderful dog both at home, in the ring and out in the field. She was just 6 years old. Many Thanks for all your kind thoughts. 14th March 2010 We are very proud to say that Lexi won the Field Trial Bitch Class at Crufts judged by Brenda Smith (Dallyvista)
12th January 2010 Dukeries (Notts) Gundog Club held an Open Field Trial Stake. Out of 12 Runners only 2 dogs were successful. Lexi was awarded a Certificate of Merit. It was held at Hoar Park Craft Village in Nuneaton. Judges were P Pearson and John Tindell. 20th November At Laverstoke working Test on 20/9/09 Lexi was placed 3rd and New Moon and Miss Daisy were joint 6th. On 21/10/09 Lexi won the All age Field Trial Stake at Suffolk and Norfolk Gundog Club. Judges were Mr C Snelling and Mr F Allcock August 1st 2009. A fantastic result for Deepthatch Nouvelle Lexi. At National Gundog she won Limit Bitch and was awarded the Bitch Challenge Certificate, judged by Barbara Stamp. At GSPA Pointing Test on Grouse in Yorkshire, Lesley Keates.Deepthatch Odeuska was awarded Very Good and also Ziggy, was awarded Very Good. At Italian Spinone Working Test in June Deepthatch New Moon was 1st in Open and Nouvelle Lexi was 4th. At Viszla test in Cornbury New moon won the Open Working Test and was 3rd in Open at the Open Test, South West Group. March 2009 15th March. Deepthatch Odeuska won her Gundog Working Certificate on Game/Grouse at Reeth Moors. Aged just 20 months old. Judges were A Wilson-Young and S Lound CRUFTS Deepthatch Nouvelle Lexi is placed 3rd in Field Trial Bitch. Deepthatch Miss Daisy placed 3rd in Special Working Gundog bitch.
